Configuration of Water Based drilling cuttings handling system

Normally, for water based mud drilling cuttings,contractors will use the screw conveyor to pick up the drilling cuttings discharged from the primary solids control equipment,and transfer to the linear motion High G drying shakers GNZS594HGE-LD,the High G Drying Shaker drying the drilling cuttings, and recovering drilling fluids to the catch tank under the shale shaker. A positive displacement screw pump feed the High speed decanter centrifuge from the shaker catching tank.A GNLW363BG high speed decanter centrifuge will separate the fine solids from the drilling fluids.Contractors may also use the chemically enhanced dewatering unit to do flocculation for the ultra fine solids in the water based mud.And after dewatering,a GNLW363BG or GNLW363BG-VFD decanter centrifuge will separate the solids from the drilling fluids.
